  • The support options available offer a standard “break-fix” type of service through to a fully managed support service including (but not limited too), patching of systems and applications, optimising workloads to provide continuous improvement programmes and monitoring of systems to provide real-time view of customer workloads.

Professional Services

We split our professional services into 3 key disciplines which we provide to clients;

  • Cloud Readiness Consultation – investigate and consult on existing customer platforms and infrastructure to assist in their cloud migration projects.

  • Pre-Solution Consultation – we design cloud-based services from a single application basis through to an entire platform, to ensure the proposed service meets with data governance and compliance rules and regulations.

  • Deployment Services – we have a dedicated deployment team who will take the approved designs and implement them onto our cloud and then handover completed systems to you, ready to ingest your data.
